Steve is an extraordinary leader in his work, and in his life. Steve has become a great friend through our shared commitments to life and integrity. Anna and I had so much fun with him last week listening to music and talking about what we are up to!

This week, I got to photograph Andrew Duncan. Andrew was a founding member of the Chicago band Ok Go, as their lead guitarist and keyboardist. Andrew now owns a music production company for multimedia called Box-Audio, which has allowed him to create music in many other genres, and he’s loving it. It was awesome to spend time in his studio and capture him hard at work.

Anna and I had a fun day on Monday doing headshots for Kacey Enterprises Inc. We loved hanging out and chatting with these guys too, what a great time.

A couple years ago, when I lived in Savannah and went to SCAD, my cousin Mark came to visit and took me out to Dinner at Paula Deen’s famous restaurant Lady & Sons. Needless, to say over dinner he told me he wanted to meet and marry a blonde. I thought that was fascinating that he knew that, and cherish that memory of hanging out with him. Well, here she is… the blonde, and isn’t she gorgeous, I love her curls. Jamie and Mark married last June and I photographed their wedding, but I was so happy she meet me in the city to do a little urban shoot.
